Sushi Suzuki is a restaurant serving authentic sushi, tailored to each customer.
Defined by Chef Yasutaka Suzuki, authentic sushi is an evolved form of traditional sushi using modern methods to enhance complex flavors from fish and rice. Many decades of training his craft brings beauty in simplicity to his cuisine. His preparation involves relentless, thoughtful attention to detail. For example, Chef Suzuki selects the ideal temperature combination for rice and each fish type. Everything from the shapes and colors of the ceramics, to the appetizers, drinks, and course timings are positioned to enhance the taste of the sushi.
